101 in 1001

I have been thinking a lot about things I love, things I want to do, and things I feel like I just have to do.  I want to experience more of life, so why not track it as I open up my world?  Below, you will find 101 things I want to accomplish in the next 1,001 days.  Eeep!

Today is Tuesday, 14 May 2019.  My 1,001 days are up on Tuesday, 8 February 2022.

I’ll be sure to add the date completed and write a blog post about any big wins.

  1. Book tickets to Europe.
  2. Read 101 books (0/101).
  3. Visit the zoo.
  4. Go on a ~romantic~ brunch date.
  5. Go trick or treating.
  6. Attend the writer’s festival.
  7. And the coffee festival.
  8. Visit Queenstown.
  9. Go camping.
  10. Create a summer family tradition.
  11. Hike the Pinnacles.
  12. Have a genuine penpal.
  13. Hit 1,000 blog followers.
  14. Pay off my car.
  15. Volunteer at an SPCA shelter.
  16. Watch a jury trial (or part of one).
  17. Create my own full moon ritual.
  18. Buy a tarot deck (and learn how to read it).
  19. Join a book club.
  20. Join a social sport.
  21. Go to the open air cinemas.
  22. Come up with 101 things for this challenge: completed 14 May 2019.
  23. Reread the Harry Potter series.
  24. Get a new tattoo.
  25. Write a letter to open at the end of the challenge.
  26. Send my mother flowers.
  27. Surprise my father.
  28. Move.
  29. Go on a weekend trip.  Alone.

  31. Go ice-skating.
  32. Host a dinner party.
  33. Hit 10,000 steps every day for one month.
  34. Complete a Nike training plan (again!).

  100. Donate $5 for every goal not completed.
  101. Inspire someone else to create a list!

  1. This is my third attempt now,… because I forgot my wordpress account password -_-

    – plant suggestions that you could add to your collection/somewhat difficult to kill plants, if you don’t already have one or want another: zz plant, peace lily, succulents/cacti
    – this post reminded me of my 101 things in 1001 days list that I created on dayzeroproject website, that is still somewhat relevant and might post on my blog and delve back into…. tick off a few things!
    – a documentary I recommend ifyou have netflix is fyre festival (very interesting!)
    – added this one in after re-reading your list (must have skimmed your list 5 times now, attempting to re-comment this .__. but if you’re looking for a local penpal – interested! 🙂
    – book recommendation: eleanor & park by rainbow rowell if you like romantic-ish type stories. it’s also an easy and quick read as I think it’s a short novel.
    – think I mentioned in previous comments that I’m wanting to do interview series too – already even have the list of women I want to feature/interview..!
    – google drive is a good online one (i’m kinda pretty paranoid, it’s pretty good value, $30 for 100GB or even I think if you use Google Photos it doesn’t take up any space and is saved in HD…
    – I’m kinda excited and looking forward to those yearly events and traditions I can create and take my own daughter to… ❤
